6% was only the estimated error rate for that one computer that has returned three bad results so far; our overall error rate is probably more like 1% or less. As you say, the odds are small that a prime was missed for 40291.

On the other hand, double-checking all the sequences in which a prp has been discovered would be an effort comparable to a good fraction of our total effort to date, especially for 2131 and 41693. My current goal is to finish a complete list of residues for each of the four sequences so that they can eventually be double-checked, but I don't think we are ready to divert large amounts of resources to that task just yet.
