Quadratics can't have discriminant 3^t for odd t, because b^2 would have to be three mod four, but for even t you can just take b any sufficiently large odd square and factor (3^2t)-b^2

E.g. 4x^2+29x+7 has discriminant 729; 2x^2+83x+41 has discriminant 3^8
