I'm almost certain that mprime is command line only, and mprime -m brings you to a text-based version of the menu present in Prime95 (e.g. press 1 for Test, etc.).

Bingo. If getting it all set up in mprime would be too hard, you can just set it up in Prime95 through wine, then copy the config files to your mprime folder (or copy mprime's executable to your prime95 folder) and run mprime.
