Default Multiply Pandigital 2

What is the smallest positive integer n such that
both 2^n and 3^n are each singly pandigital, i.e.
contain all ten digits at least once? What about
doubly pandigital, i.e. contain each of all ten digits
at least twice? Care to try for three?
