Hey, guys, I need a quick opinion about fair use laws. A little background:

I'm obsessed with the idea of a rollout phone that's the size of a phone in your pocket, but that can be unrolled to tablet size when you want to use it as a tablet. To me, the most obvious example of it's usage, while totally fictional, is the video phone that existed on Alien Nation, a show that was out in either the 80s or the 90s. So...

My question is two-fold:

(1) How hard would it be to take a torrent of the show, edit out a 1-3 minute clip, make that clip Youtube-ready(whatever that means) then post it to my channel.

(2) What are the chances of it getting deleted because of Youtube bots?
