Yes, this is somewhat typical--on the +1 side there are fewer usable FFT lengths for the program to choose from than on the -1 side. This holds true for other bases as well. I'm not entirely sure of the underlying reason for this but it does mean that on the whole, +1 numbers take a little more time to test than their -1 counterparts.
