How do I add a team in GIMPS

Hi,
I just started running GIMPS today but didn't find anyway of adding a team. I would like to add Crunchers Inc as a team running GIMPS.

I am new @ PSP Sieving... I just registered a team & username, downloaded the sr5sieve-1.4.18-mingw32-i586 & sr5.rar, unzipped everything, created the sr5work.txt file according to THIS THREAD...
