Is there any room for a performance increase from the SSE3 which is implemented on the newer processors, similar to the big bump in performance when support for SSE2 was added?

Would it be possible to have an option to only run when no one is logged onto a machine. I could run p95 on about 20 times more machines if that option were available, for around 15-16 hrs per day.
