After some testing, I've found that the PRP residues are denoted by "RES64", while the LLR residues are denoted by "LLR Res64", as displayed in the attached log. The console output is similar.

That worked, though I had to re-copy libhwloc.a...

That worked, though I had to re-copy libhwloc.a from the zip because make allclean deleted it. I also used -lgmp instead of the provided GMP since I already have it installed.
