Reviving a very old thread...
I am starting a double check effort for all k<300 for n<=1M using the well sieved files provided here. I know that most k were at least double checked to n=260K...

double-check for 8 k's 213<=k<=291 complete
Kosmaj,
The double-check effort that you requested for k=213, 237, 249, 261, 267, 273, 279, & 291 has completed. No problems were found.
Ranges will be reported to Wilfred Keller.

Kosmaj,
The double-check effort that you requested for k=213, 237, 249, 261, 267, 273, 279, & 291 has finished sieving and started LLRing 2-3 days ago. It has completed n=100K-160K so far. No...

Good questions. I can't speak for Kosmaj but I don't think he'd have a problem. I think his objection would come in more if it were k < 300 and/or if we ended up getting reportable primes out of it....

Thanks, Carlos. That would be great. I'll let you know. I'm shooting to start the effort in March-April 2008 after my 12 heavy-weight k's are done LLRing to n=400K. (Very rought estimate.)

300<k<=1001 for n=50K-100K double-check complete
I have completed all k-ranges for the double-check for 300<k<=1001 for n=50K-100K. The ranges left to report were for k's in the 600s, 700s, and 800s. This was the most problematic area. I have found...

Kosmaj,
All double-checking for 300<k<=1001 for n=50K-100K will be done in 2-3 days. I have taken one core off of it and am using the other core to now sieve the k's<300 for the ranges that you...

Double-check done for 300<k<500 for 50K<n<=100K
2 of the 7 100k ranges are complete for 300<k<=1001 for 50K<n<=100K. The 300's and 400's are done. I found the following missing primes:
349*2^56031-1
373*2^82231-1
497*2^66912-1
There were...

Kosmaj,
Per the above, did you have a chance to report your completed double-checked ranges to Prof. Keller yet? If not, can you let me know what they are?
If Prof. Keller would be OK with it...

Now checking k=301-1001 for n=50K-100K
After getting a sieve file from Anon (thanks Anon!), I have started doing some LLRing for a double-check of the range 300 < k <= 1001 for 50K < n <= 100K.
This is a large LLR effort and I will...

Any more double-checking for k < 300 ?
Kosmaj,
It looks like Prof. Keller's ranges page for Riesels has been updated to include the ranges that I double-checked.
In looking at his page, I see that there are many ranges that have...
