I think you have better to do "make allclean" and then, "make" in order to recompile the gwnum C files on your sytem, but I am not sure it will be sufficient...

LLR uses the GMP library on Linux and Mac OS platforms, only to allow APRCL tests on less than 100 decimal digits candidates...
On windows platforms, the APRCL tests are done by separate binaries...
