As written, I copied the proof file into the Prime95 directory. Then Prime95 started and waited. As you can see in the picture, this error message appeared after a while.
What am I doing...

Hi,
I found the problem. I have 32 GB of RAM installed in my computer.
In Prime95 you have to specify the RAM requirement in MB for the ECM WUs. I did that now and everything works great.
