Just as a note, running SIQS on a C121 is most likely way beyond optimal. He should try to get GGNFS with YAFU running.

Does his system has problems with smaller numbers, e.g. SIQS of a C90, C100?

Would you mind starting the benchmark from 1K FFTs? The smaller ones usually profit the most from AVX-512. Larger FFTs like fewer workers and more cores per worker.
