I've updated the PKGBUILD for Arch Linux to v20...

I've updated the PKGBUILD for Arch Linux to v20 for mlucas. Notable changes:
1. the sysctl-missing.patch is no longer needed.
2. The -lgmp flag is added to the line which begins with gcc -g -o.

Base 10 is at n = 193.3 k, no primes found, continuing to n = 200 k and sieving n = 200-250k, sieve depth is currently ~2.78 T.
