Definitely looking like a slight speedup - WUs...

Definitely looking like a slight speedup - WUs are taking ~42 min on average with 3 threads compared to ~23 min with 6 threads. I'll switch the other 6-thread machines to running two clients too.

Curtis, I've thrown a few more clients your way - should speed things up a little. Forgot to set the number of threads on one of them at first, so you'll get an expired WU at some point.

Things seem to be working again now at my end; I'd already started the CADO job before the connection issues arose during poly selection, and most of the clients didn't die, so they started up again...

4000 curves at 8e7 done, now running 1500 at 15e7. Memory use in stage 2 is peaking just below 1.2G per process.
