Found a memory corruption problem when limited...

Found a memory corruption problem when limited stage 2 memory resulted in selecting N^2 pooling instead of 3-mult pooling. Will be fixed in build 7.

The good news is the CentOS/Ubuntu difference was a mirage -- simply a typo on my part. This nasty bug seems to be squashed.

Menu choice 2 "Test/Workers" will let you change #cores.

Just in case: ./mprime -m runs mprime with menus.
