48.5-48.7M to 2^64

I've made some reassigments and in a few hours (8-10) some CPU's will be ready to start a new range (48.5-48.7M). There are 4776 with 4641 TF'ed to 2^63 (134 to 2^64 and one to 2^69).

To points:
1. The range has been done withh 77 (1.66%) factors (mailed and attached).
2. Sombody has done something nasty and my comps (which have two dual core AMD64 CPU's) work with one core (!) only. It is one (of many reasons) I haven't updated, and will not update , my status page.
