The server shutdowns by itself in case you leave only one client...better move two or three.

I'm sorry for the server and for the k/n pairs assigned during the rally...

It does? Or are you just trying to get Luigi to put more machines on LLRnet?
i think we i should make a page with FAQ's
We need to compile one for dummies like us.

Actually, we've already got one. It's the second post in the "Automated LLR testing with LLRnet" thread.
That was a blast!! Shall we do it again in 3 weeks on the top-5000 range?
How about we do it again in one week? We can clean out the remaining non-top-5000 numbers in the server, and push it into top-5000 territory. (After that, of course, we'd wait, say, 3 weeks, as Gary suggested, before doing the next one.)

How does 7 P.M. GMT on Saturday (Feb. 16) sound? From the looks of it, 7 P.M. GMT worked fine for everybody the first time around, so I would imagine it still would.

Of course, since I missed the first one, I'm not all tired out like you guys are. Maybe you all won't be up to another one for 3 weeks...

Next Saturday (Feb 16) I will be all day out and I am not sure I'll arrive just before the start of the rally. Of course all my machines are 24/7 but if anything happens I won't be around to control things.

Are you guys going to compete against Free-DC? Just want to share that someone from Free-DC just added 6 quad core machines, wait for next stats update. He will jump to first spot...bye bye to my first place.

About the FAQ's, it's still incomplete, a few minor aspects to add, dumb things.

Yeah, I guess we'll try to beat Free-DC. Though, of course, it will be an uphill climb. Especially if Free-DC has six quad-cores. Just wondering though--are they AMD or Intel? I'm curious to know if anyone's bought any of the new AMD Phenom quad-cores yet.

As for next Saturday, okay, we can always wait until next Saturday if you'd rather. (Saturdays are best for me, at least in terms of being able to potentially get the most machines online.)

And as for the FAQ: Please, let me know exactly what you think is missing! I'll be sure to add it promptly.

looking forward the next race (against Free-DC ) everyone who will join a non-Free-DC-team make you suggestion of a team-name and your confirmation to be such a team-member then!

PS: PLEASE to all: use only ONE team-user-name for the LLRnet because i have to make some stats and it costs time to adjust the name before 'statisticating'!
Thanks

We can have a race, no-team vs. Free-DC! I'm not going to give any details, but Gary mentioned to me in a PM that he's got a whole lot of power that he hopefully will be able to put on LLRnet for the next race! :w00t: (We'll need it, if we want to beat out those six quad-cores that just got added to Free-DC.)

em99010pepe 2008-02-12 22:40

Now looking at the latest stats update, do you guys really think you can beat Free-DC?
