Current n-value is ~330400. Predicted ending n-value is now ~330600. That's less than 100 different from my original prediction. :flex:

The output just increased a little bit because we have a new Free-DC member. I hope he added his four Q6600.

A few stats from my side:
* When the rally started the knpairs.txt was 1MB size (1.066 KB), now with 404 KB after last pruning
* Joblist.txt reached 16 MB
* Results.txt file just passed 3 MB

so after end of the race i have to do a little bit :grin:
- updating primes found and scores for them
- make table/page for this race only
- update overall LLRnet stats

so be patient everyone but the results will come this night (GMT)!

That was a blast!! Shall we do it again in 3 weeks on the top-5000 range?

Thanks Anon for the idea and thanks Carlos for running it and bringing some heavy hitters with you!!

I have to admit I'm disappointed on my end. My son put his laptop in sleep mode at 1 AM last night (7 AM GMT) before he went to bed after I asked him not to. I lost 12 hours processing on 2 cores. Ah, no big deal. It was a slower Athlon.

Quick question...I had 3 of my cores receiving 25 k-n pairs including on the 2 cores of the kid's laptop. How do we clear out our queue at some point? Even after I changed it to 5 k-n pairs, it keeps adding another pair with each completion. So it stays with 25 in the queue.

I need to get the queue on the kid's laptop cleared out before they go back to my ex's at 7:00 PM (1 AM GMT). Otherwise they'll just sit dormant for a long time and the n-min will be much lower than it should be.

EDIT: I'm going to keep all 7 cores on it for another 4-5 hours. Then it's back to sieving and working on a top-5000 range. Also, Carlos, I want to put one core on the CRUS Riesel base 16 LLRnet server. If you can get that back up before you go to bed tonight, that'd be great.

Thanks everyone!

Gary

1) Shut down the client.
2) delete '--' in the line '--once' in llr-clientconfig.txt
3) Change the WUCacheSize to 1 if needed, you can leave it at 25, and finish it off
4) restart the client
5) It will stop automagically when it finishes.

We need to compile one for dummies like us.

It's been fun. No primes for me, unfortunately. :sad:
I completed nearly 1000 k/n pairs.
When are the NPLB scoring/stats going to be updated from the drive (or the drive-only stats put up somewhere)? It'd be interesting to see what sort of k/n pair/hour spike happened during the drive.
