Yes it is a Riesel record for k<=1001 and n>600K according to Karsten's list in the link that he posted.

Here's one for one of the most prolific k's 300<k<=1001:

741*2^640175-1 is prime

371*2^773762-1 is prime

385*2^771627-1 is prime

Added 87961 : 417*2^667878-1 (201054 digits)

699*2^642289-1 is prime
