Here is what I should have said: "This was the last prime previously found by others in this range for this drive." In other words, any future primes subsequent to that post will be NEW primes. There will be no more of this "confirmed" prime stuff. lol To clarify it further: As indicated, my statement only applies to this drive. There will be some primes previously found by others for n>600K but they are extremely rare right now. The original Primesearch site only went up to n=600K so that is the highest that most people searched. Gary |
