this ranges where tested with pfgw.

Dmitry (unconnected) has reported completion of R23 to n=700K. There is nothing to report and the base is released.

Reserving S9 n=800k to 1M

Reserving R4 k=19464 for n=500K-1M. This will also test the same k for R16, which is not in the R16 drive since it is also remaining for base 4 (similar to k=9519 & 20049).
