Disappearing Factor
 

From my individual account report taken today:

I distinctly remember having four factors listed before the 13 Sep discovery. Checking my results.txt file confirms that I found one on 26 August, which would have been submitted very shortly after:

Has there been a server synchronisation, and if so, why did it not clear all four factors?

My impression is that after the monthly server sync (0347 UTC on the 15th) all results from the previous month are removed from individual account reports & cleared.txt, so now they only have results from September.
