45.2-46.0M to 64 bits
 

I take full 1M range 45.0-46.0M up to 2^64 (see the previous [URL="http://www.mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=8814"]thread[/URL]). In the range claimed now there are 19368 exponents. At this moment I can use one CPU so I start a subrange 45.2-45.3M with 2415 exponents. In a few days some additional comps will be involved and and the begining of September CPU's working on 45.0-45.2 will join. The subrange mentioned should be ready before Oct. 10. I hope that other ranges will be finished in October as well.

Yesterday and a day before yesterday five comps started TF a subrange 45.2-45.6. There are still 9619 exponents (a subrange 45.6-46.0) waiting for "their" CPU. They should start in two weeks or so. In the whole range 45.0-46.0M 823 exponents have been tested (3.41%) with 14 (1.70%) factors found; most of them (13) inn the range 45.0-45.2. :down:

I'm leaving for holidays:banana:(about two weeks). I'll try to do some "remote control" but also some power suply works are planned and I'm not sure whether all comps will restart. I'll do my best and I'll be connected to LMH.:popcorn:
PS This range (45.2-46.0) has reached 5% of TF done, but I have no time to prepare the satuts file. On the other hand three new factors have been included in [URL="http://www.staff.amu.edu.pl/%7Eflorek/mers/wsffacts.txt"]WsFFacts[/URL] (35 in total).

Next report at 30%, but [URL="http://www.staff.amu.edu.pl/%7Eflorek/mers/wsfstat.txt"]WsFStat[/URL] and [URL="http://www.staff.amu.edu.pl/%7Eflorek/mers/wsffacts.txt"]WsFFacts[/URL] will be updated more frequently. I've missed George Woltman's update on Aug 14 so I'll send [I]results.txt [/I]files on Sunday, Aug 26. I hope that in next 10 days the last part of this range (45.8-45.986) will find its own CPU (or CPU's).

About 25% of the whole range 45-46M has been completed.

14693 (75.88%) done. 218 (1.48%) factored out. Files at my page has been updated. 80% of the range 45-46M has been done (303 64-bit factors). Next report at 90%.

It seems that 90% will be reached in a week and the final report will be ready in about 12 days (Oct. 8?). However, my comps have been lightly loaded lately. (Almost) 90% done
 

89.24% (17280 numbers) have been TF-ed. 90% should be reached in about eight hours (3:00 AM UTC). The range 45-46M has been done in 91.36% (more than 22000 numbers). Factors found: (i) since 09.09 - 149 (ii) in 45.2-46M - 259 (1.50%) (iii) in 45-46M - 344 (1.56%). The last subrange 45.84-45.94 has been redistributed amongst free CPU's and the ETA is Oct. 09 (2007, of course); 2084 numbers left. :rolleyes: My [URL="http://www.staff.amu.edu.pl/%7Eflorek/mers/wsfstat.txt"]files[/URL] have been updated. Next report should be the last one!

DONE! Using some CPU's it has taken about 1700 hours. 291 factors have been found amongst 19364 exponents (1.503%). In the range 45-46M 376 (1.558%) exponents have been factored out. A results file is attached. Results have been sent to GW.
New range (58.5-59.0 to 2^63) has been started (and a new thread has been started, too).
