i sent a note to kosmaj about this and he responded promptly, but after i replied to that i havent gotten a reply yet despite a reminder i sent. this whole thing seems very secretive and weird, i'm going to go ask about it over at nplb since rps is not responding.
I'm not sure what this means. A few of us reserved k's as new work. We're working on them. You are welcome to reserve your own k to work on. I shared some work from an old sieve with you to introduce you to the project, but that is not normal practice. If you don't want to sieve and work on your own k, reserve files posted in the forum from one of the drives. If you'd like your own k, there are a couple available, though none starting below 700k. There are also k's like 105 that have already been sieved, but little work has been done recently- in effect, you can have your own k, without the setup work. I don't understand saying "rps is not responding", when I replied to your original question, and never saw any other questions. This forum is more than just kosmaj! -Curtis |
Buzzo
I'm having a busy week and cannot reply to all messages. I suggested you several times in the past to try a few files from the 6th Drive, they are available all the time. The Ks you are asking for are being tested in a pretty unorganized manner, I cannot recommend you to join the mess.

I'm not sure what this means.
what i was confused about is why everything about those k's seems so crazy and secretive.
Well, we don't like it either, but we were forced to do it by Mr Benson's behaviour

Buzzo-
Those of us who took NPLB's reservation personally may consider the k's we reserved high priority, but that's no reason for you to get sucked in to that debate. We have dozens of cores available for our purposes, and no need to involve others in our reservations for what is possibly repeated work. Nice of you to be willing to help! -Curtis |

I don't understand when RPS is behaving like Benson when it concerns to NPLB drive #4. And please don't delete my post. |
I don't understand when RPS is behaving like Benson when it concerns to NPLB drive #4.
Actually some time ago you congratulated him on his effort and encouraged him even further... right now when it happens to you, you don't seem so happy about it...

So do you agree what RPS is doing? The difference between Benson and NPLB is that the latter exposed here what was gong to do. I am very happy. |

I am very happy.
To start, I don't think that what NPLB did was right... however every action is usually followed by re-action... therefore don't complain about what RPS did to you - first try to think about what you did to RPS and why you did it... |
I though deep and decided to join Benson's efforts...lol

You represent NPLB very well. Keep up the good work. And, good luck. |
