I put my cat down today. I had her for more than 15 years. I put down my other cat last year at about this time. I had him for about 14 years. The house will be very different without any pets.

There won't be any new pets for a while. My wife and I are probably going to move in the next few months. Her sister is highly allergic, so another cat is unlikely. I'm not a dog person and other animals don't do anything for me. If I were to get another cat, it would probably be one that is hypoallergenic, which I would probably not find at the animal shelter.
