MoooMoo can you send me the text to display in the pages: FAQ and Join Us of the new site (they should be updated with n=333,333)

Just an update on how things are going -

I created the project codes for TPS and PrimeGrid on Chris Caldwell's website. The bio page for TPS is http://primes.utm.edu/bios/page.php?id=949 , and the bio page for PrimeGrid is http://primes.utm.edu/bios/page.php?id=950 Prof. Caldwell said he'll then change the codes from persons into projects once I e-mail him. I sent the password for the TPS project code to pacionet and the password for the PrimeGrid project code to Rytis. This way, they'll be able to edit the info on the project's bio page later if they wish.

Eric_v, Skligmund, and Gribozavr - you'll need to create an entry on the Prime Pages too. There's not that much paperwork, though - just go to http://primes.utm.edu/bios/newprover.php and fill in the 4 required fields. Post on this thread once you're done.

Pacionet, I'll send you the FAQ and How to Join pages later today.

I already have one:

OK. I'll just need eric_v and Skligmund then to fill out the form on the Prime Pages site.

Skligmund 2007-01-18 02:29

Just done. http://primes.utm.edu/bios/page.php?id=951

pacionet 2007-01-18 10:22

When will the record be published on that site ?

eric_v 2007-01-18 13:38

I did it also : http://primes.utm.edu/bios/edit.php?xx_edit=952
but it seems impossible to enter a twin : not enough digits...

Kosmaj 2007-01-18 14:01

No, twins are a special category, and top-20 are on the list regardless of their size.

MooooMoo 2007-01-18 16:11

Here are the status of the primes:

http://primes.utm.edu/primes/page.php?id=79210 (-1 form)
http://primes.utm.edu/primes/page.php?id=79211 (+1 form)

Our proof code is L202, and I'll tell Chris Caldwell to change TPS and PrimeGrid into projects (they are listed as persons now).

Also, we have a wikipedia entry now: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twin_Prime_Search

Skligmund 2007-01-18 16:15

So is there anything else I need to do?

MooooMoo 2007-01-18 16:21
So is there anything else I need to do?
No. Just wait for the primes to show up on the top-20 list
