Lately my computer was startet to freez random, sometimes after 5 minutes other times after 12 hours.
according to PCwizrd2006 my CPU, Motherboard and HDD tempratures are under the maximum temperature.
Then I ran SP2004 and got this error:

I doubt it is a BIOS problem.

Try some of the following - hopefully something will help you pass the torture test.

1) Reduce the bus speed - even if that means you are underclocking.
2) Swap memory sticks with a different computer.
3) Try running with just one memory stick - then try the other.
4) Try increasing CPU voltage slightly
5) Try increasing memory voltage slightly.
6) Try slower memory timings.
7) Get a program that monitors voltages to see if you have a power supply problem.
