Taking 776-779, 3 files, new quad-core to the fun!!!!
Core 0 - 45 ºC full load - ~0.90 ms/it Core 1 - 40 ºC full load - ~0.90 ms/it Core 2 - 40 ºC full load - ~0.90 ms/it Core 3 - 40 ºC full load - ~0.90 ms/it AMD 64 3000+ - 55 ºC full load, 2.30 ms/it, now resting.... Intel 3.0GHz - 1.30 ms/it I'm amazed by the quad-core temperatures at stock speed of 2.4GHz.. I'll dedicated 5 cores to the RPS project, the AMD64 will go to my sister.... |
Carlos- there is a well-known bug in the Core2 temp reporting. Most motherboards report temps 15C below actual temp. If you assume those are 55C under load, you are likely much closer to truth.
See what idle temps are- for many people, the board reports a temp below room temperature- obviously false. -Curtis |
Taking 779-780. 761-762 is almost done.
Thanks Curtis. The temps are at 55ºC per core. |
| All times are UTC. The time now is 22:54. |
