Moral:

(A) Keep a copy of your backups in a separate location.

(B) Leave a note attached to your will (copy in attorney's safe) describing the location of (A) and how to read the information thereon, being sure to include any applicable encryption passwords.

...if you move as far away from all coastlines, fault lines, and tornado alleys as possible so you won't be struck by a natural disaster and make your cores go idle.

...if you buy a generator and a month's worth of fuel for it so if your electricity goes out you can still crunch.
