52.0M - 52.1M to 63 bits

After doing work for other projects, I chose to join LMH. Because my computer isnt the fastest, I cant take a very big range, but I anyway hope to report results soon.

This range is done from 62 to 63 bits . 2413 exponents were tested, 38 factors were found.

Does anybody know if it is ok if I submit the results via the 'PrimeNet Manual Testing Forms' (http://www.mersenne.org/ips/manualtests.html) or do I have to send the results file to G. Wiltman by eMail?

Don't submit a batch of more than 1000 (or even a few hundred) results through the 'PrimeNet Manual Testing Forms' !!! It has a throttling mechanism that slows processing to 1 result every 4 seconds after the first 13, IIRC (or maybe even slower if the number of results is much larger). At that rate, you'll be sitting there watching 2400 confirmations crawl by for at least 2 2/3 hours.

(Reason for the throttling: to keep PrimeNet from being swamped so much that it can't do its other duties fast enough.)

Please e-mail them to George instead. He has a better way of handling multi-hundreds of results.

I have see that but that doesnt matter. Cos my computer runs anyway, I can start submitting before I go to bed and when I wake up, its done. But in principle, it should work? Thx anyway for your answer
I can start submitting before I go to bed and when I wake up, its done.
Oh, that's right -- not everyone feels compelled to watch every confirmation. :geek:

Never mind.
