Looking at table with progress for factoring:

38800000 38899999 658 1630 94 1
38900000 38999999 1957 499 1

I'm a secong ago send resuilts for expo 38.8+ and received 38.9+.
But there are left expos in 38.8 range (658). Why aren't me taken from there?
Also there are a lot of available for TF even lower...

Why is that?

A bug in the server reports. The assignment algorithm uses the new (version 24) factoring limits. The reports use the older factoring limits and thus incorrectly reports too many exponents available.
