How do you arrive at an optimal depth for this sieve? I do not think 2-3M was undersieved, and believe they should have added it to 3-6M when that sieve reached the depth of 2-3M. It's too late now, naturally- but I'd still like to learn how others calculate optimal depth. It's relevant to deciding when to stop 3-6M, too.
