I don't know of anyone here that doesn't use MISFIT for that kind of thing. Well, the exception is if you are doing unusual/uncommon exponents not handled automatically by gpu72/Primenet TF..
Win7-64 for me.

Tried using Misfit, didn't work, went back to doing it manually.

Maintenance coming up - Oct 17 @ 8 PM UTC

I'm going to do some maintenance on the server coming up in about 2 hours from now, at 9 PM UTC (that's 2 PM Pacific, 5 PM Eastern).

The work involves installing the latest Windows hotfixes and a SQL hotfix rollup.

I expect the downtime to last for about 20 minutes.

Encouraged...

I'm encouraged by the recent silence in this thread. I'd pat myself on the back if it wouldn't make my coworkers stare oddly at me right now.

Running smoothly here.
Nice look, and very fast. I enjoy particularly the "Factoring Limits" report with its new features, very handy for manual testers.
The indication (in the "Results" report) of whether a completed DC was/was not successful is also interesting.
All in all, great work, thx a lot!

Sorry to throw a spanner into the works.

http://www.mersenne.org/assignments/

Now displays the "public name", before it posted "account login". (Nomenclature from account settings.)

This is a problem because:

http://www.mersenne.org/report_ll/

Will only search by user given the "account login" and displays no results for a given "public name", provided that they are not the same. The two titles seem to have just been swapped. I've found having two titles annoying in the past when trying to look up a user from the results page when the userid and public name are different (impossible to look up a user unless you know their account login).

e.g. http://www.mersenne.org/report_ll/?exp_lo=32000000&exp_hi=70000000&exp_date=&user_only=1&user_id=smithj30&dispdate=1&B1=

Versus the "public name" from assignments "Numb Skull" which displays no results.

http://www.mersenne.org/report_ll/?exp_lo=32000000&exp_hi=70000000&exp_date=&user_only=1&user_id=Numb+Skull&dispdate=1&B1=

The reason of having a public display name is exactly to hide the user login name. In spite of the fact that for some of us (me including) they are the same, there are users out there who won't be happy at all if their user login goes public. I don't remember that being the case (as you describe*), ever. The leaderboards always displayed the public name. Which is right. I would advice against changing that.

[* OTOH, the "active assignments" page is a special case, it was not meant to be a public page. It circulated in restrained circles for a while, then George made is public here on the forum (no links in the web page for a while) but he said (see his posts about, few years ago) that it should be used with care, as it stressed the server a lot (I would add: it also encourages poaching). That is not the case now, with the newer, fast, servers. Due to its "special" status, it might be that sometime in the past, the "active assignments" used to display the login names.]
