I submitted the test results for M96999043 and M96999083 but both still show up as assigned to me:.
there is some chance this is fixed now |
there is some chance this is fixed now
it worked the last 3 submissions, thanks... |
P-1 results manually reported are still being marked as expired when reported
Please fix. The sooner this gets fixed, the less additional mess there is for Madpoo to clean up. This was reported months ago, has been occurring for about 3 months now, and is still occurring today. See for example, https://www.mersenne.org/report_exponent/?exp_lo=87759031&exp_hi=&full=1, where rather than clearing the assignment, it gets marked expired on the same date as the result is submitted manually. Every gpu P-1 assignment must be manually reserved and every gpu P-1 result must be manually submitted. CUDAPm1 does not have PrimeNet interface support code. In this case the result reported is for B1 and B2 bounds (B1=1 155 000, B2=25 410 000) exceeding what PrimeNet wants for the exponent (955,000, 23,875,000)
Note, to get sufficiently high bounds to happen, number of tests saved had to be increased from the 2 included in the result assignment to 3. Also consider https://www.mersenne.org/report_exponent/?exp_lo=330000043&full=1 etc. That one remained in my assignments list after I submitted a result. Perhaps that one is intended behavior and because the bounds B1 and B2 selected by CUDAPm1 (B1=2 495 000, B2=54 266 250) did not match or exceed the PrimeNet bounds (3,335,000; 83,375,000) as a result of number of tests saved being left at the assignment issued value 2. http://www.mersenne.ca/exponent/330000043 Prior posts re P-1 manual submit issues for reference: http://www.mersenneforum.org/showpost.php?p=486151&postcount=1499 http://www.mersenneforum.org/showpost.php?p=486380&postcount=1502 Finally, if possible, please fix the double/triple/quadruple vertical line spacing issue with composition of forum posts: Entering a double "enter" to get one line of white space often shows correctly in the submission window, until preview or submit shows double or more; edit, preview, repeat. For example, the above double-line white space was displayed during its entry as a single blank line. I speculate this is a case of not properly or consistently handling CR LF (Windows record delimiter) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delimiter#Conventions |
Milestones page not working?
We just hit all exponents below 79m being tested, but the milestone hasn't appeared on the site and the countdown is still there. Can you fix this please?

Maybe fixed. I eyeballed the code and only saw one possible problem. My PHP debugging skills are nearly non-existent, so I have no idea if what I tweaked was related to your issue. |

Thanks. Please take another look, or involve one of the other maintainers. See https://www.mersenne.org/report_exponent/?exp_lo=87937523&exp_hi=&full=1 for another occurrence today. And readers take note, in fairness to Prime95 and others that maintain the PrimeNet server, April 25 I reported the problem occurring since March 26, but did so on another thread, should have been here instead or in addition. |

And now it says:

Countdown to verifying all tests below the classic 79.3 million limit: 15

Well... close, but no cigar. And the link is wrong, too. |
Hello!) Seems to me something wrong with current status distribution's page.
----------=-----=-- | -----=-----=-----=-----=----- | -----=-----=-----=----- | -----=-----=-----=----- | Exponent Range | Composite | Status Unproven | Assigned | Available | Start Count P | F LL-D | LL LLERR NO-LL | TF P-1 LL LL-D | TF P-1 LL LL-D | ----------=-----=-- | -----=-----=-----=-----=----- | -----=-----=-----=----- | -----=-----=-----=----- | 332000000 51080 | 31261 2 425 10 19382 | 273 154 2398 23 | 14373 2200 35 361 |
So according with the status page 425 exp has first time LL test. But if we go to ./Reports/Detailed reports/LL results/... then we will find here only just 418. Why we have that differences in amount?) |
Thanks for fixing the link, but I must insist that:

Countdown to verifying all tests below the classic 79.3 million limit: 14

is still very, very wrong... |

Guessing that it is the PRP that is throwing it off.:picard: |
