Excellent turnaround, appeared to be ~ 20 minutes total down time or less. Outage I saw started ~1150-1155; I sent email about it 1159 CDT, then found this forum thread and posted outage notice here at 1209. Retry showed back up ~1211.

FYI, I use Pingdom to monitor the site. It's a nice service, you get one free monitor or you can pay more to check additional pages.

Anyway, I didn't see any recent outages. It checks the home page though. You noted a problem with an exponent report page and a timeout. That could have been SQL being busy and your request timed out. I've seen that happen from time to time but I've never been able to nail down what other query could be going on at the same time and why it took so long or locked other queries, so we'll just have to keep an eye out for things like that.

Sorry for the brief server interruption. I had to make one final offline tweak to the settings on it. It'll be back up shortly.
