Question about lower bounds for prime forms
 

I was wondering if there was an additional place other than the prime pages and here to ask questions if I wanted to find out about research into different types of primes and lower bounds.

Also, for primes of the form k*b^n+/-c (I think the value is called c, not sure though), some of the descriptions on the prime pages confused me. I was wondering if anyone knew of a page that explained a little differently.

It was a real b**** finding the page. You have to go to the page where you submit primes to find this information.
