Well, I went on a vacation on the 23rd, and I just got back. I had a laptop doing trial factoring. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the laptop was unplugged! :o

Not long after I left, it ran out of power. Although I thought it had done several tests, it was not able to do any. Ugh.

And if your car had (heaven forbid) broken down on the way, you would be able to report that you: [I]got in frail cart[/I] while [I]trial factoring[/I].

Seeing as there was a dire need for an anagram thread in the lounge anyway, I've made it official, and titled it appropriately. :wink:

Here's how it works: Every day or so, someone throws out a word or phrase to be anagrammed, and others riff off that - anagrams which are not obvious and amusing to boot are particularly valued.

Or, someone gives a colorful anecdote about how anagrammatization has changed their life (to which the others may reply "name!", erm, I mean, "amen!", if they feel so moved.) Others can pick strings of words out of such anecdotal posts and riff off those.
