Its simply Newtons third law of motion. Action is equal to Reaction. Also in QM the observer is as important as the observed.

I refrain from making any racial comments on the U.S. though we are neutral.

Not to digress too far from the topic in hand, but I must respectfully disagree with the statement that Indians were civilized 5000 years ago. You did not define what you meant by "civilized" for beginners. You also did not mention that many of the relics from that far back are in fact weapons. I would ask if people who engage in warfare are truly civilized?

Just for curiosity, what do you know about the "7 Rishi Cities".
