Someone's been working on the 28-28.2M range!!!

I have been working on 28-29M range for several weeks now and I just finished it today but I realised that in the meanwhile someone has been doing 28-28.2M to 59 and 60 bits.

I don't think any harm was done this time but please try to coordinate these efforts in the future by posting on the forum!
