For some reason it won't change that damn link! What is wrong?????
|
Change www dot footmaster dot co dot uk to pspnet.no-ip.org
on page:- http://www.geocities.com/omboohankvald/LLRNET.html We are using a new pointing address. Even thought both addresses point to the same server. Citrix |
http://www.geocities.com/omboohankvald/proth_sieve.html is missing
|
Thanks Citrix, I don't know what happened to proth_sieve but it should be up now.
About LLRNET. I'll change it tomorrow. |

It's changed now  |
Contributions welcome
I've opened for outside contributions to the site. Please come with suggestions whether it's another colour on the website, a new projects guide, something on theories or a private server
I'm hoping that there someday may be some kind of centralized guide-database maybe similar to the one Kirk Pearson has on projects (not on geocities of course, but right now geocities will have to do...) OH |
Are the links broken?
http://www.geocities.com/omboohankvald/Reporting.html http://www.geocities.com/omboohankvald/Reservation.html They doesn't seem to be there... BTW: I was going to comment about your start page but you seem to have updated it in the moment of the post  Proofread2:Oh, and could you get the subtitles to the pictures into the line below it? The way you put it seems pretty confusing... Proofread3:
Test the NewPGen file using PRP
In the Sierpinski/Riesel base 5, shouldn't we use LLR? |
Are the links broken?
http://www.geocities.com/omboohankvald/Reporting.html http://www.geocities.com/omboohankvald/Reservation.html
I reorganised thepage long ago and divided those two pages into several project pages. Where does it still link to them?
Proofread2:Oh, and could you get the subtitles to the pictures into the line below it? The way you put it seems pretty confusing...
O.K. I've done that. Thanks!
Proofread3: In the Sierpinski/Riesel base 5, shouldn't we use LLR?
Well, Jean Penné somewhere said that LLR should be used or +1 numbers and PRP on -1 numbers. However, I've changed it now  It's really nice to have people like you around fetofs! |
Sorry about the double post....
Proofread4: In the page about factoring for SoB with Prime95, you should tell people to add "results.txt=fact.txt". That way P95 won't overwrite the results file every time you complete a range, having to download the large file again.
Where does it still link to them?
In the program explanation pages (NewPGen, proth_sieve, LLR, LLRNET) and in the "checking for SSE2" page. |
Thank you again fetofs! I've corrected that now. Those were some of my oldest guides and apparently I haven't bothered fixing them
I've mentioned you among the contributors on the index-page. If you want your real name there (or want yourself removed) just tell me. |
Just something I noticed when writing for the mersennewiki: In your proth_sieve guide, it seems like the link to the sob.dat is pointing to a n1-20m dat. Although, the sieving thread on SoB says that from now on, you must use a 991-50m dat. It even points to ranges that have been redone with it to check for high-n factors, so please link to the other dat (I think the links change from time to time, as my current link has a date on it)
