Off-topic: This is the second time in like 5 years I've fallen for Steve Jobs stuff. He has his finger on the pulse of America when it comes to electronics, but his execution is poop on a stick. Let's face facts people, Apple doesn't make awesome products, it makes overly costly prototypes of awesome products. It either costs twice as much as it should and works(the laptops they make) or it SEEMS to have the perfect price point but sucks just enough that you hate it but aren't willing to throw it away, like with my Ipod Touch.

Let's face it people, if you're willing to have your rights restricted to have something work out of the box you buy the OSes made by the Steves, but if you want to keep 100% of your rights, you get the free penguin OS and pay with your time. Either way, you going to pay in some sense.
