Gap from 30m to 33m ?
 

Hi,
I'm relatively new to GIMPS, this may have been answered before or be well known. I notice that GIMPS is handing out no exponents in range approx 30 million to 33 million, but plenty above 33. Is that the start of the 10,000,000 digit range ? Are we just by chance crawling past 29 mill in the normal progress ? There doesn't even seem to be any factoring happening in 30-33.

Actually the rate of assignments is quite rapid and I think that we may hit 33 by the end of the year.

Yeah, I've noticed that its now almost impossible to get a double-check less than M39.
