After I posted, I saw that you'd already run it to 72 bits (twice?) and reported it in the [url=http://www.mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?p=250677]results thread[/url].
However, if it helps, both sets of stats (ElevenSmooth and More GIMPS) are [url=http://2721.hddkillers.com/compare/]largely in agreement[/url]. Here is [url=http://2721.hddkillers.com/graph/]a graph[/url] showing progress of unfactored billion digit exponents. Note that your current work on running those exponents to 72 bits is not reflected, because wblipp and ET_ haven't had chance to update their respective websites yet. |
This doesn't bother me. I know it need a bit of delay. i'll probably get those to 75 or beyond. But for now, I 'll get them to 73.

And that the faster CPU's would take over at 75 bits and at some point above that GPU's would take bulk of the work load. With your GPU you should be able to move one of the ones at 75 to 77 in less than 3 hours.

I wasn't aware of that. I'll take 3321929929 to 76 bits and see how long it take. based on that, i'lll take a few more.
