Taken 3321933451 to 77 bits, no factors, unreserving.

Taking 3321933389 from 72 to 77.

Edit: Whoops, that's taken, sorry. I'll do 3321933367 from 72 to 77.

Taking 3321933361 from 72 to 75 bits.

3321933313 completed to 74, no factors, unreserving.

Taking 3321933289 to 74.

What's the word on exponents 3321928921 and 3321931267? These are the last two the sites disagree on.

3321931267 reached 70 bits in this post

And was reported reserved to 73 in this post

But I didn't find the completion report.

As 3321931267 was already factored at 70 bits, I can modify my tables and report it at 70 bits level. It should be one of those wandering exponents I completed after some time no one claimed them finished, but I have no proof about it.
Or I could take it again to 73, with no CPU charge, as I did before It's easier than playing with tables.

My bad I didn't report them finished either, sorry.

3321930173 taken to 73 bits with no factors, I think I'll continue on to 74 with it.

Also have a friend taking 3321933337 from 72 to 77, credit to byroz.

3321933367 taken to 77 bits, no factors, unreserving.

Taking 3321933361 from 75 to 77 bits.

3321933289 taken to 74 bits with no factors, unreserving.

Taking 3321933389 from 74 to 77 bits.

The average trial factor depth for unfactored candidates is exactly mid-way between 2^74 and 2^75 now, 74.5849625 bits. Only another 6026.61 or less P90 years until the average hits 2^75.

M3321933361 taken to 77 bits with no factors, unreserving.

Taking 3321933613 from 75 to 77 bits.

So it's a quintuple post then, I hope this one might break the chain. I'll start off by taking 3321933253 from 72 to 74.

byroz has taken 3321933337 to 77 bits with no factors, unreserving.

I've also taken 3321933613 to 77 bits now, with no factors, unreserving.

I think that pushes another level over the top.

The i7 is so amazingly fast at this, if my Core 2 Duo is anything to go by, then I'd say the i7 is about three times faster than a Core 2 Quad of the same clock speed.

lavalamp 2009-05-29 03:22

Nope, guess it's a hextuple post then.

byroz is now taking the following 11 consecutive unfactored candidates from 72 to 75 bits.

3321930347
3321930349
3321930371
3321930397
3321930401
3321930439
3321930461
3321930517
3321930613
