I'm more interested in raising the least level of TF among the GPU exponents to 80 right now, though.

I planned 200 TF regular exponent from 69 to 70 bit in the 60M range. but i guess i can help you 'level' the least level

IIRC, he explicitly asked for help trying to jump from level 15 to level 17.
He asked to wait delivering high-bit done exponents before he was done on 83.
