The Pentium-Pro 180 Mhz machine reports that
M3321929617 no factor from 2^72 to 2^73 William |
[B]M3321928171[/B] to 2[sup]78[/sup] is 2.5% complete. I moved it to my Core 2 Duo yesterday. It think it will go a bit faster now. I used --resume after I moved the status file. Despite the missing "2" and the end, it's seems to be using both cores.
I would not want to do 2[sup]79[/sup] on this machine. |
[B]M3321928171[/B] to 2[sup]78[/sup] is 5.1% complete.

I was thinking I might but then I decided to get some GIMPS work done on it instead. I might come back and do something more here later. It is now the fastest cpu I have just slightly edging out my Q9450. No overclocking. |
