are the lowest riesel/sierpinski numbers known for other bases?
are they even conjectured?

Actually base-6, -8, -9, and -10 could also be considered. Unfortunately, I don't have the math skills to generate these numbers.

I know, how 'bout a DC project for generating Riesel and Sierpenski numbers for different bases? ;)

I knew I read some thing about it someplace :)
Then again, still wasn't able to find the conjectured riesel/sierpinskis of base 9, 17 etc...

Just wondering if it is just a tad feasible for any other bases?
