Hello from Savoy,


I participate to GIMPS for several years, with Trial Factoring.
Today I get a strange PnErrorResult error (see PNG image attached).

- OS : Windows 10 64 bits

- software : Prime95 v29.4, build 8


I don't understand this error because I have already sent this result.
And I can't manage to send the next result !



What must I do ?

(AFAICS, it is a server problem, not a problem of your software.)

Welcome to the forum. Does your machine have a GPU? If so, TF on that would be preferable. GPUs are so much more effective than on CPU, that TF on CPU is largely abandoned. There are better uses for your CPU; P-1 factoring if you have enough ram available is quick, and DC is always welcome.
(But, do what's feasible on your hardware, that you enjoy.)

Welcome to the forums. The problem is fixed and your results should go through now.
