Technical Detail for Tesla K20Xm Top Edge Connection
I've found all kinds of details, except this one.
There is a small connector on the top edge of the card. Is that possibly for a fan? I haven't measured the voltage yet. I can't find any reference to it in any of the docs I've found. |

It looks identical to the two-pin fan connector that other GPU boards use for their on board fans - small rectangular with pins toward one side. I need to read the voltage. Thanks.

I did measure the voltage and got 3.3VDC, so if it is for a fan, it's a 5VDC switched output. I'd have to monitor it (or break out my old o'scope) to know more. If it is an input signal, as the reddit post says, that would probably have a standby level on it, which could very well be 3.3VDC. |
